Meet the 2026 Honorees
Every finalist below was nominated by someone who saw their impact up close: a coworker, a parent, a student, a friend. From custodians and security officers to teachers, managers, and small business owners, they’re proof that the people behind the scenes are often the ones holding everything together.
Know someone like them? Nominations for 2027 open in March.

Michael Clark
Culture Keeper Award Winner
Montclair Elementary
Every morning and afternoon, Mike helps students and families through drop-off and pickup, often before and after his own workday. Jerrod is always looking for ways to make work smarter, more efficient, and safer for the people around him. Whether he’s testing new equipment or finding better ways to move large tile and rock, he solves today’s problems while working to prevent tomorrow’s.

Hayley Fischer
Bridge Builder Award Winner
United Way of the Midlands
Hayley has built her career around strengthening Omaha by connecting organizations, mentoring others, and raising support for local causes. She’s often the first to celebrate others and the last to seek credit herself. When she learned about the IMPACT Awards, her first instinct was to share the nomination link with her colleagues.
Nathaniel Jackson II

Tina Murray
Backbone Award Finalist
Together Inc.
Tina has a gift for making sure everyone has a seat at the table. She listens to frontline staff, volunteers, and the people she serves, then builds solutions with the community rather than for it, always with dignity, respect, and without judgment.
Caitlyn Snyder
Culture Keeper Award Finalist
Offutt Child Development Center II
Caitlyn creates an environment where both children and staff feel supported and equipped to succeed. Whether she’s building a new teammate’s confidence or helping a colleague through a hard day, her calm, solution-focused leadership brings stability to the children in their care.
Joseph Tabb
Backbone Award Winner
Alff Co.
During Omaha’s most severe snow emergencies, Joe worked through sub-zero temperatures so families could reach groceries and medicine and healthcare workers could get where they were needed. Beyond the storms, he spots problems before they become safety risks and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every challenge.
